University Orthopaedic Associates, LLC is New Jersey’s leading orthopaedic practice. From our four New Jersey locations in New Brunswick, Somerset, Princeton and Wall, we serve children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with orthopaedic treatments, conduct medical education and training along with clinical and bench research, and promote community health.

Since our group was established four decades ago, we have been dedicated to providing the most current, technologically advanced, and personalized healthcare services available. With the trust, support, and recognition of our patients and colleagues in New Jersey and nationwide, we have developed into a large practice with 15 orthopaedic surgeons and 5 clinicians. Our healthcare professionals specialize in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, surgery of the hand and upper extremity, surgery of the foot and ankle, surgery of the spine, surgery for trauma injuries, and joint replacement surgery.

We are involved with numerous organizations in New Jersey and beyond. University Orthopaedic Associates’ physicians can often be spotted on the sidelines of college, high school, and local recreational events. Our physicians are the orthopaedic health care providers for the athletic teams at Rutgers University, Princeton University, and Rider University, as well as numerous high school teams.
