Feet and ankles are two of the most frequently injured areas of the human body, and these injuries and conditions can occur at any stage of life. Some disorders may be inherited, but many ailments or injuries are the result of factors as simple as wearing improper footwear, to not seeking early medical attention, to suffering complex traumatic or sports injuries.
