How long have you been playing?

I’ve been playing baseball for around nine years.

How often do you train?

Twice a week at UOA, five days a week for regular baseball practice.

What is your greatest athletic accomplishment?

Learning how to use the velocity I have gained to strike out batters with control.

What are your athletic goals?

I want to play college baseball either at shortstop or on the mound.

Favorite exercise?

Blake’s “First Chamber of Hell”.

Most challenging exercise?

Why did you choose UOA Sports Performance?

I was introduced to UOA and Blake Swan through my baseball coach, Armando Diana.

How have you benefitted from training at UOA?

I’ve gained arm strength and velocity while protecting my arm from injury.

What changes have you noticed in your performance since training with UOA sports?

I’ve become more athletic overall, from my ability to know where I am in space to my overall stamina while running.

Why should an athlete choose UOA Sports?

An athlete should choose UOA Sports, because of their ability to create a workout based on your particular sport/goal needs. If you need to be big, they can get you big. If you need to be fast, UOA will get you fast. And they are willing to answer any questions you have about anything at all. The people at UOA are all very friendly and are more than just personal trainers, they are friends. In the end, an athlete should choose UOA, because they know what they’re doing better than anyone else.
