Program Description

Fitness Re-Boot is a one-on-one, buddy-training program customized to your personal needs. With tailored goals and individualized attention, your specific issues are addressed, including muscular imbalance, mobility and flexibility. You will also safely learn the proper way to stretch, lift weights, rest and recover for future injury prevention.

The advantages to Fitness Re-Boot are as follows:

  • Learn essential body mechanics to improve mobility, whether at home or on the go
  • Learn the proper and most effective way to engage your muscles during exercise
  • Learn the basic components of creating a resistance program (strength training)

This is the program for you if you:

  • Have been injured and are resuming sports and/or conditioning
  • Lapsed in your fitness and want a customized plan from a highly qualified professional
  • Want to benefit from the safety of a supportive environment
  • Value the benefits of ‘start to finish’ guidance with continued reevaluation of your exercise program
