Physical therapy is the branch of rehabilitative health that uses specially designed exercises and equipment to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. Physical therapists work with many types of patients from athletes to those recovering from a variety of orthopaedic conditions. At UOA, patients benefit from comprehensive physical therapy performed onsite and closely monitored by our physicians.

I would like to thank the entire physical therapy staff at UOA as my recovery from a total knee replacement was a positive experience, thanks to the dedication and professional care I received. My therapist was Christine, who was very attentive and caring with each visit. All of the therapists seem to love their patients!
