Sara graduated from West Chester University in 2016 where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training. In 2017, she continued on to further her education at East Stroudsburg University where she attained her Masters of Athletic Training.
Sara brings a wealth of knowledge and talent, as she joins the UOA Team after spending her past four years employed at Delaware Valley Regional High School as their Athletic Trainer (ATC). Being an ATC, she is fortunate to see the different perspectives of athletic performance, from being on the sidelines, to assessing injuries, and rehabbing athletes back into their sport.
Sara is proud to be an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). She is certified in RockTape Kinesiology Tape, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Myofascial Cupping Therapy. She is currently working on obtaining her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists Certification (CSCS) to further assist athletes with their athletic performance.
Sara is from Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She is a former High School Softball Player and also played softball during her college tenure. In her free time, Sara enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Sara is excited to be joining the UOA Team and the opportunity to help her clients in various capacities, including rehabilitation, providing education for joint replacement prehab patients and working with the new ProTec JR Ducks (EHL) Ice Hockey Team.
