Program Description
Did you know – Females are two to eight times more likely to suffer an ACL injury playing sports. When comparing similar sports, like soccer and basketball, women suffer more than two to three times the number of ACL injuries when compared with men. Click here for more statistics.
The Female ACL Injury Prevention program is a 4-phase program designed to greatly reduce the risk of a traumatic knee injury. In addition to our PEP program, this program is specifically designed for the female athlete.

- Female Athletes seeking to prevent ACL injuries
- Athletes that participate in sports that involve jumping
- Program is also recommended for those who have torn their ACL, undergone an ACL reconstruction, and who wish to improve on the high level functional training.
