Program Description
Golf Performance Training is an eight-week course designed to elevate your golf game by adding strength and power in the areas crucial to the sport. Our program takes you through four phases designed to improve your balance and flexibility while building grip, leg and upper body strength.
After taking the course, participants will:
- Understand the mechanism of injury in golf
- Learn the super six stretches for serious golfers
- Develop essential strength in arms, legs, and core
- Develop power to improve club head speed
