Program Description
The Speed and Agility Program will improve your skills and maximize your ability. Focusing on the primary movements involved in sport, you will develop the correct movement patterns to accelerate on the field performance.
- Learn the principles of Acceleration, Max Speed, and Multi-Directional movement
- Improve core strength to optimize each phase of movement
- Transfer skills and strength from training into sport

- Middle school and high school aged athletes, especially those with difficulty moving efficiently and effectively on the field.
- High-level high school and collegiate athletes seeking to enhance on the field performance.

- Private sessions – 10 sessions $50 per session
