Program Description

The Strength and Conditioning program focuses on teaching the principles of developing size, strength, and power. In a safe environment, athletes learn most important exercises that translate into on the field performance.

  • Learn proper Olympic Lifting Technique- essential to improving performance
  • Learn the Core Lifts every athlete or exerciser should know
  • Understand the purpose of each lift as well as lifting order, sets and reps, and rest
  • Increase size and strength

Who Will Benefit from this Program?

  • Beginner to Intermediate: Middle school and high school aged athletes who have had minimal exposure to essential, correct exercise technique.
  • Athletes who want to learn the proper way to lift in a safe environment, minimizing the risk of injury.
  • High school or collegiate level athletes who want to optimize their offseason
  • Athletes who want to understand the concepts behind strength and conditioning to maximize their athletic career through resistance training

Pricing:

  • Private sessions – 10 sessions $50 per session
  • Semi Private (Up to 5 people) – 10 Sessions $25 per session
